Registered and operating since the 28th January 2005, Rawcorp Pty Ltd holds a current Queensland BSA open builder’s licences and NSW open builder’s licence. We have also successfully achieved level one of pre qualifications for the Queensland Government. Rawcorp has also received recognition from Master Builders and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) awards.
The directors Anthony Rigby and David Walton of Rawcorp Pty Ltd are permanent partners of the South East Queensland region and desire to be involved in the future evolution of our city. We undertake projects from Northern New South Wales, Gold Coast, Brisbane and its surrounding areas. Rawcorp is committed to providing value for money via balancing project budget, time and quality. With all projects we ensure the client is a key member of the team. Creating effective relationships and successful projects is based on a reliance of close communication between client, consultants and contractor.

The Directors
David Walton
David arrived on the Gold Coast in 1982, commencing work in the residential market, then moving into various areas of the hi-rise and commercial construction.
Anthony Rigby
Anthony has been involved in the SEQ construction industry since 1989. Arrived on the Gold Coast after successfully completing a Building Construction Management degree at RMIT.
